I can’t fit in any size available, can you make a custom size for me?

I like a product but I’d want it in a colour that is not available, can you make it?
Usually YES. It depends a lot from the product and obviously the colour you'd want it, feel free to contact me to discuss your idea!
The bracer/choker I like looks like it is too small/big for me, can it be made in a different size?
YES! I sell them in a standard size, but since I make everything to order I can make adjustements on its size while I'm crafting it, so feel free to contact me if you have any concern about the size of those items!
The product I bought doesn’t fit me, can I return it for a refund or a different size?
Unfortunately, since everything is made to order, so custom made for every costumer, I cannot accept returns or offering refunds for a wrong size.
This is why I ALWAYS insist to use the size chart of every product to choose the size that will fit you perfectly.

The product I received is broken/damaged, what should I do?
Contact me or send an email to info@mirirart.com with pictures of it and I'll let you know if you're elegible for a refund.

I don’t have Paypal, how can I pay?
You don't need a paypal account to complete the order. You can simply use your credit card, Paypal will just do the transaction (that gives you more protection). This is how it works:
For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means your customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases. The checkout is more convenient, resulting in more completed sales and satisfied customers.
