Frequently Asked Questions

contact me and depending on the productyou're interested into we'll see together if it's something we can do!

Usually YES. It depends a lot from the product and obviously the colour you'd want it, feel free to contact me to discuss your idea!

YES! I sell them in a standard size, but since I make everything to order I can make adjustements on its size while I'm crafting it, so feel free to contact me if you have any concern about the size of those items!

Unfortunately, since everything is made to order, so custom made for every costumer, I cannot accept returns or offering refunds for a wrong size.
This is why I ALWAYS insist to use the size chart of every product to choose the size that will fit you perfectly.
For any doubt about the size you should choose, contact me!

You don't need a paypal account to complete the order. You can simply use your credit card, Paypal will just do the transaction (that gives you more protection). This is how it works:
For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means your customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases. The checkout is more convenient, resulting in more completed sales and satisfied customers.
Customers enter their name and shipping address. They’re prompted for their credit card, email address, and phone number. (Optional) After reviewing their information, they may choose to save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.

The answer it's pretty simple, Etsy is a really big corporation and it takes a big chunk of our profits. Recently they also forced on many sellers (like me) an advertising fee we can not opt out. So they basically advertise your products (even if you don't want to) and if someone buy them, Etsy takes 12% of it, plus the percentage they already take from your normal sales. That's why I prefer to sell on my website, I take my own decisions and can have a more direct contact with my costumers, still giving them all the guarantees they need through the paypal checkout
